Vintage Charles Frank Ramsden Instrument Eyepiece 1/4" In Black Coated Brass Stand
This is a wonderfully heavy Vintage Charles Frank Ramsden Instrument Eyepiece 1/4" In Black Coated Brass Stand. It was made by the famous instrument makers, Charles Frank of of 67-73 Saltmarket, Glasgow C.1, founded in 1907.
The brass eyepiece is in fair cosmetic condition with surface scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use. The lenses look a little dusty/cloudy. Screwed into a black coated brass stand, I've no idea if the item is complete or how it was actually used...
