1936 Royal Doulton Rustic England Trinket Dish D5694
A lovely 1936 Royal Doulton Rustic England Trinket Dish D5694. "Rustic England' is one of a Charles Noke designed series ware patterns and was made from 1936 to 1960.
The scalloped edged trinket dish is beautifully printed with a country scene and is in very good condition with vibrant colours and no chips, cracks or restoration. It does have small manufacturing defects including bubbles and black marks in the glaze. There is also slight crazing.
The base is marked with the Royal Doulton post 1930s back stamp, the pattern number D5694, (which dates to 1936), and Reg'd Australia 16306/7/8
